There is no major update other than annual events in Animal Crossing New Horizons, is there a possibility for us to get something new before 2022 ends? Let’s go through all of the remaining ACNH new items 2022 and what to expect before 2023.

Nintendo added all of the upcoming Zodiac items to Animal Crossing New Horizons in the 2.0.4 update, which was previously missing, if you time travel to years in the future, you could get the corresponding ACNH item included in the Zodiac series until 2061. So this year, the first new item you are able to get is the Zodiac Rabbit Figurine, which is available once the final 2022 ACNH event New Year’s Day starts, from December 22, 2022, to January 5, 2023. You can buy it using 1600 bells in the Nook Stop. It can also be obtained from Katrina via the mailbox the next day after being purified from bad luck.

There is one type of item they are probably going to add, and that is the Celebratory Arch, which appears every New Year, we have had the 2021 Celebratory Arch and 2022 Celebratory Arch, but it is not the most exciting item to get in the game, but it seems that they will continue to add another one and we can expect a new one each year. But they did not do the same thing with the anniversary of the game.

If they add the 2023 Celebratory Arch, it should be available during New Year’s Day as well and can be ordered in the Nook Shopping season item catalog from December 22 to January 5. The price of the 2021 Celebratory Arch is 2021 bells, and the price of the 2022 balloon arch is 2022 bells, so the price for the 2023 balloon arch is likely to be 2023 bells.

A lot of content is missing from Animal Crossing New Horizons, it would be great if an update drops before 2022 ends, there are also a lot of bugs and issues that need to be addressed.
