1. Fishing Tourney (October 11)

The second weekend of October features the autumn Fishing Tourney. On October 11th, players can participate in this competitive event by catching specific fish to win unique Fishing Tourney trophies. It’s a great chance to test angling skills and collect exclusive prizes.

2. Day of the Dead (October 25 to November 3)

From October 25th through November 3rd, the Day of the Dead celebration arrives. This Mexican-inspired festival introduces themed decorations, including the beautiful Marigold Decoration, which players can purchase from Nook Shopping. It provides a culturally rich addition to the island’s seasonal decor.

3. Halloween (October 31, 5 PM to Midnight)

Halloween on October 31st is the highlight of the month with festive fun and spooky surprises. Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, players can join Jack at the Resident Services building to trick-or-treat, collecting candy and receiving a special Halloween robe. Villagers dress in costumes, and if candy is shared with them, they reward players with treats. Players might even get haunted and transformed into Halloween characters temporarily, adding to the immersive experience. Throughout October, Nook’s Cranny features a variety of Halloween-themed items sold daily by Timmy and Tommy, dressed in festive outfits. Collecting these seasonal items can be pricey but offers charming decorations like the spooky scarecrow, perfect for enhancing the island’s autumn atmosphere.
