Diablo 4 Season 9 PTR Best Builds

In Diablo 4 Sins of the Horadrim, the strongest character may still be in doubt, but based on their buffs and nerfs in the PTR version, these builds are powerful for endgame content.

D4 Season 9 Sorcerer Build: Hydra Sorc

For Sorcerer, there are significant changes to its skills in the S9, basically big buffs. The damage of base skills such as Spark, Fire Bolt will be increased, and the burning skill also receives a 25% damage boost. The newly added unique item - Ophidian Iris - will allow Hydra to become a Core Skill, always summoning a 3-headed Hydra whose attacks explode on impact. For each head above 3 that the Hydra would have had, it will instead grow larger and deal 50-100% increased damage.
