First, you’ll need to unlock the new resort hotel on your island. Once the hotel is available, head there and meet Leilani—she’s the staff member in charge of guest room decorations.

Step 2: Earn Hotel Tickets

• Decorate Guest Rooms for Leilani: Leilani will give you themed decoration tasks (similar to the Paradise Planning mode in Happy Home Paradise). For example, she might ask you to design a cozy beach-themed room or a minimalist city-style space. Complete these projects, and she’ll reward you with Hotel Tickets.

• Submit Requested DIY Goods: Look for the drop box located in front of the hotel. From time to time, there will be requests for specific DIY items (like furniture, tools, or crafts). Craft those items and drop them into the box—Kapp’n will deliver them offshore, which helps boost the hotel’s brand recognition. In return, you’ll get Hotel Tickets as a thank-you.

Step 3: Redeem Hotel Tickets for the Hotel Set

Once you have enough Hotel Tickets, go to the hotel lobby—you’ll find Grams running a small souvenir shop there. This shop is the only place to get the furniture items! Simply talk to Grams, browse her inventory, and use your Hotel Tickets to purchase the item you like.
